Not Really. I agree with your take on the subject. The thing, however, is that sports-watchers (such as myself) tend to superimpose themselves into the team for whom they&#039;re cheering. Since Brett Favre is one of my favorite players, every time he throws a good pass, I can feel good about myself for choosing such a great player to live vicariously through. And when he throws an interception... well, then I blame it on the wind or something. But there&#039;s nothing better than knowing that you have the skill and endurance to pick the best team in any particular sport (even if it has nothing to do with skill or endurance).</description>
